Scientist Jay visits Adler Planetarium

Since Jay has a keen interest in Space science, we decided to take him to the Adler planetarium in Chicago.

The Chicago skyline is best caught from the deck adjacent to the planetarium cafe.

Jay was literally ecstatic to see his favorite planet replicas all over the place.

Spring Break @ Coco Key Water Park

Spring is here right on time this year. The thermometre is soaring in sweet seventies this week. We went on a family fun trip to the Coco Key water resort with the Ali family last weekend. The kids had lot of fun in the water. Amma and Acha had lot of fun watching kids having fun. Amma was mostly on "baby duty". Vijay baby quietly watched all the fun . Nilu and I learned how to float and swim. Vinod and Ikka had a good break from their hectic work.

PAINTING WEEKEND

Finally, we finished painting the last and final room upstairs - the MASTER BEDROOM. We selected Ruby Red for the accent wall and Apricot Blush for the other walls, and Satin White for trim.

Next job is to get coordinated window treatment and wall decor.

Parents beware....

One day, after shower, Jay asked his mom for help to get dressed.
Jay: Mommy, Can you help me to put on my shirt.
Mommy: No, you are a big boy now; you have to learn to put your shirt on by yourself.
After a few moments, Jay says (angrily but sternly): If you dont help me, you are going to hear from my LAWYER !!!
